Aurora Estate is located at Ylläsjärvi Lake shore, near by the biggest ski resort in Finland, Ylläs.
This is the best possible place to see and enjoy the dance of Northern lights, while the Ylläs fell silhouette is drawn onto the background.
Cross country skiing tracks and snowmobile tracks go practically from our backyard
ski bus stop is close by. Bus runs a daily basis to the ski resort and back as well as to
Äkäslompolo village
There is also a small grocery store right behind the corner and a souvenir shop, multiple rentals etc.
Aurora estate consists of a boutique hotel with 7 rooms, each unique and decorated with style.
We also have a 46 seated restaurant.
And highly atmospheric old log house called Jussan pirtti, where we have an electric sauna and a small dining room with a fireplace.
Also in the yard there is a smoke sauna and an outdoor Jacuzzi.
Via our high standard collaborating companies we can organize trips and tours to many kind of needs such as snowmobile safaris, horseback riding, sled dog tours, ski school both in cross country and downhill skiing.
